Leah McCormack is manager of web content at the National Retail Federation. In this role, McCormack builds, edits and maintains NRF’s websites and event websites, including Retail’s Big Show. 

McCormack previously worked in ecommerce, editorial, trend forecasting and higher education. Prior employers include Wayfair, WGSN and Rue La La. Alongside her full-time roles, she freelanced for Chewy and Mane Addicts, and taught digital content and visual merchandising at several Boston colleges. 

McCormack is a Fashion Institute of Technology graduate, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing communications with a minor in English and an associate’s degree in fashion merchandising management. During her tenure at FIT, she studied abroad at the Lorenzo de’ Medici School in Florence, Italy. Born and raised in New England, McCormack spent her post-grad years in Boston prior to joining NRF.
