Lea Grgich

Research Analyst

Lea Grgich is a research analyst at the National Retail Federation. In this role, she conducts research on consumer trends, spending and industry benchmarking. 

Prior to joining NRF, Grgich worked at the U.S. Small Business Administration processing COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loans to aid small businesses that suffered economic injury during the height of the pandemic. 

A California native, Grgich received her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sonoma State University with a concentration in finance and minors in political science and sociology.
